Day 1 ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – MILAN
Meeting with our valued guests in front of the Freebird Airlines counter at the International Terminal of Istanbul Airport 3 hours before the flight. After the luggage and ticket procedures, flight to Bologna with a special flight of Freebird Airlines. City tour upon arrival. In our panoramic Bologna city tour, Piazza Maggiore (Great Square), which is considered the center of Bologna, the Neptune Fountain just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, the first university building in Europe, the Quadrilatero (Old Market), the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which have become symbols of Bologna, are among the places to be seen. After our tour, we depart for Milan. Panoramic Milan city tour following our arrival. In our tour, the Duomo of Milan, the 2nd largest church in Italy, which took approximately 500 years to complete, the Fortezza Castle, and the Vittorio Emmanuele Gallery, which is home to the world's most famous fashion stores, are among the places to be seen. Day 2 MILAN
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the Lake Como & Outlet & Lugano (Switzerland) Tour (75 Euros) which will be organized as an extra. In our tour, we visit the glacial lake Como and its surroundings in the Lombardy region with its fascinating view extending to the foothills of the Alps. Then the opportunity to shop at the outlet where you can find world-famous brands. After the outlet visit, we head to Lugano, one of the most elegant and wealthy lake towns in Switzerland located at the foothills of the Alps. After our tour of the natural wonder famous for its lakeside cafes that you will not get enough of photographing, we return to Milan and transfer to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 3 MILAN – VENICE
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Venice. Guests who wish can join the Verona & Lake Garda Tour (50€ per person) which our guide will organize as an extra on the route. The house of Romeo & Juliet, which was the subject of the greatest love story in history, the Verona Arena, the Scaligero Bridge with its unique architecture and the Verona Cathedral are among the places to be seen on our tour. After our Verona tour, we will visit Lake Garda, one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy. After our tour, we will depart for our hotel in Venice. Free time after arrival. Day 4 VENICE
After breakfast at the hotel, departure for Venice. After arriving at Tronchetto Square, a short ferry ride to St. Mark's Square and a panoramic city tour of Venice. In our city tour, the famous St. Mark's Square and Church, the Last Breath Bridge where prisoners looked at Venice one last time before entering prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge on it, the Doge's Palace, the Bell and Clock Tower and the Giorgio Maggiore Church are among the places to be seen. After our city tour, guests who wish can join the Gondola Tour (30€ per person), which is the symbol of Venice, as an optional activity organized by our guide in their free time. Day 5 VENICE BOLOGNA
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Bologna Airport. However, before that, our guests who wish can join the San Marino Tour (30 Euros) that our guide will organize as an extra on the route. • Travel Insurance 20 Euros is paid to the agency at the time of reservation. There is a right of cancellation and change 31 days in advance. In case of cancellation, the entire amount excluding insurance is refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. A passport valid for at least 6 months is required for overseas trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for overseas trips and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn and worn passports.
2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for a visa, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
3. In cases of fairs, congresses, events etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and region. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing about the hotel region at least 30 days before the tour departure.
4. The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry to the tour or from the country of maximum stay, otherwise the AGENCY is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
5. In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
6. The AGENCY is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility in case the visa is not approved for any reason, is not delivered on time and/or there are errors in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from the AGENCY.
7. AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
8. During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected on the guests.
9. Times may change prior to the flight and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
10. The city where the plane will land may differ. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays that may be made by airline companies.
11. The AGENCY is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.
12. Airline rules apply to group tickets, and if the outbound flight cannot be used according to the group ticket rule, the return flight cannot be used either.
13. The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. This weight may drop to 15 kg for domestic flights in the destination countries. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
14. If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
15. The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour route may be subject to change.
16. City introduction tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time to the city.
17. The trips specified in the programs may be carried out on a day other than the specified day/days, for any reason, at the initiative of the guide.
18. Extra tours on the route will take place if there is at least 6 people from the group participating. Guests who do not want to participate will be kept waiting at the break area.
19. Hotel accommodations during busy periods such as fairs, congresses and seminars can be made outside the city.
20. Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum of 20 participants, and if there is less participation, the tour guide will decide and if necessary, prices will be changed. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these trips or tours.
21. Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
22. The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
23. All hotel names mentioned in the programs are VB (and similar) and are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.
24. Extra bed is available in triple rooms, the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or is an additional bed that can be opened or closed.
25. Please make sure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving the vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in during your trip.
26. Child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
27. In cases where minors under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory for them to have the consent letters required for participation in the tour with them during the trip.
