Day 1 ISTANBUL – BOLOGNA – ROME
Meeting with our valued guests in front of the Freebird Airlines counter at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal 3 hours before the flight. After baggage and ticket procedures, flight to Bologna with a special Freebird Airlines flight. City tour upon arrival. On our panoramic Bologna city tour, places to see include Piazza Maggiore (Great Square), which is considered the center of Bologna, the Neptune Fountain right behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, Europe's first university building, the Quadrilatero (old market), the Garisenda and Asinelli towers, which have become symbols of Bologna. After our tour, we depart for Rome. After our arrival, we start our panoramic Rome city tour. On our city tour, we visit Castel Sant'Angelo, where Cem Sultan was imprisoned, Venice Square, where Mussoli addressed the people, and the Basilica of II. The Vittorio Emmauele monument, the Colosseum that hosted the Gladiator wars, the Lovers' Fountain made famous by the movie La Dolce Vita, the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 steps and the Spanish Steps with the sunken ship fountain are among the places to see. Day 2 ROME
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the Outlet & Lake District & Vatican Tour (€70 per person) which will be organized as an extra by our guide. After visiting the region with natural beauties where the Popes lived during their summers and the village of Nemi, famous for its wild strawberries, where you will want to live permanently, free time for shopping in the Castel Romano Outlet area, the most famous shopping area in Italy. Then we move to St. Peter's Square, which is considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish can join the Rome by Night Tour (€30 per person) which will be organized as an extra by our guide. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 3 ROME – FLORENCE
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Florence. Guests who wish to participate in the Orvieto Tour (€30 per person), which our guide will organize as an extra on the route. After seeing the ancient city center and the Orvieto Duomo in Orvieto, which has an important place in the art and general history of Italy and has extraordinary natural beauty, we depart for Florence. In our tour, the Arno River that divides Florence in two, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, the Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, the Piazza Della Signoria, home to the statues of Hercules and David, masterpieces of the Renaissance, the Duomo of Santa Maria del Fiore, which has the 3rd highest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its gate are among the places to be seen. Day 4 FLORENCE
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the Tuscany Tour (100 Euros) that our guide will organize as an extra. After seeing the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which has become the symbol of Italy, and the Miracoli Square right next to it, we set off for San Gimignano, the first stop of our tour. In San Gimignano, where you will feel like you are in the Middle Ages, we will see the 13 towers built by rival noble families in the 12th and 13th centuries and the Cisterno Square. After our tour, we set off for Siena. There are a total of 17 neighborhoods in Siena, where neighborhood culture is dominant. Campo Square, where the Palio horse races are held with the participation of the neighborhoods, the unfinished Siena Duomo and the narrow streets of the city are among the places to be seen on our Siena city tour. Day 5 FLORENCE - BOLOGNA
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Bologna Airport. However, before that, our guests who wish can join the San Marino Tour (30 Euros) that our guide will organize as an extra on the route. • Travel Insurance 20 Euros is paid to the agency. It covers cancellation and changes (There is a right to cancel 31 days before the trip. The entire amount is refunded except insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. A passport valid for at least 6 months is required for overseas trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for overseas trips and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn and worn passports.
2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for a visa, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
3. In cases of fairs, congresses, events etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be provided outside the promised distance and region. In such a case, our agencies will be informed in writing about the hotel region at least 30 days before the tour departure.
4. The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry to the tour or from the country of maximum stay, otherwise the AGENCY is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
5. In case of cancellation of the tour, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
6. The AGENCY is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility in case the visa is not approved for any reason, is not delivered on time and/or there are errors in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from the AGENCY.
7. AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
8. During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected on the guests.
9. Times may change prior to the flight and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
10. The city where the plane will land may differ. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays that may be made by airline companies.
11. The AGENCY is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.
12. Airline rules apply to group tickets, and if the outbound flight cannot be used according to the group ticket rule, the return flight cannot be used either.
13. The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. This weight may drop to 15 kg for domestic flights in the destination countries. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
14. If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
15. The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour route may be subject to change.
16. City introduction tours may be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time to the city.
17. The trips specified in the programs may be carried out on a day other than the specified day/days, for any reason, at the initiative of the guide.
18. Extra tours on the route will take place if there is at least 6 people from the group participating. Guests who do not want to participate will be kept waiting at the break area.
19. Hotel accommodations during busy periods such as fairs, congresses and seminars can be made outside the city.
20. Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum of 20 participants, and if there is less participation, the tour guide will decide and if necessary, prices will be changed. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these trips or tours.
21. Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
22. The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
23. All hotel names mentioned in the programs are VB (and similar) and are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.
24. Extra bed is available in triple rooms, the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed and/or is an additional bed that can be opened or closed.
25. Please make sure that you have collected all your belongings when leaving the vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in during your trip.
26. Child discount is only valid for children within a certain age group staying with 2 adults.
27. In cases where minors under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour with one or both of their parents, it is mandatory for them to have the consent letters required for participation in the tour with them during the trip.
28. In case of cancellation and change, the “AGENCY SALES CONTRACT” is valid.
