Day 1 ISTANBUL – COPENHAGEN
Meeting with our valued guests in front of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Terminal. After the luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, flight to Copenhagen with Pegasus Airlines flight. Panoramic Copenhagen city tour with our private buses waiting in the area after our arrival. Christianborg Castle, Glypthoteki Amelienborg Palace are among the places to be seen on our tour. Transfer to your hotel at the end of the tour. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 2 COPENHAGEN
After breakfast, free time. Possibility to join the Danish Castles & Riviera Tour (85 Euros) which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. We set off for the first stop of our tour, Kronborg Castle. After our pleasant journey along the coastline called the magnificent Danish Riviera, we arrive at the castle. After our arrival, we enter the castle. We end our visit to the museum with the famous performance of Hamlet. On our way back to Copenhagen, we stop by Fredensburg for a short photo break. After our break, we set off for Frederiksburg Palace, famous for its gardens. After our arrival, we visit the courtyard and garden of the palace and then take a short photo break. Transfer to our hotel after our tour. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 COPENHAGEN – MALMÖ – GOTEBORG
After breakfast, departure to our first stop, Malmö. After our arrival in Malmö, the third largest city of Sweden, a walking tour with our guide in the historical city center and free time. After our tour, departure to Gothenburg. After our arrival, a panoramic city tour. We walk along the boulevard called Avenue, the city decorated with canals. We see Gustav Adolf Square, the Poseidon statue in Götaplatzen Square, opera and theater buildings, botanical park and Ullevi Stadium. Free time in Nordstan shopping center and return to our hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 4 GOTEBORG – OSLO
After breakfast, vacating the rooms and heading to Oslo. After arrival, a panoramic city tour of Oslo. The Royal Palace, the Parliament Building, the City Hall, the National Theatre, Oslo Cathedral, Karl Johans Street, Skitramp Rampast Vigeland Park, the Opera House and Akershus Fortress and Frogner Park are among the places to be seen on our tour. Transfer to our hotel after the tour. Accommodation at our hotel.

Day 5 OSLO
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the Flam Fjord Tour (150 Euros), which will be organized as an extra. For this full-day tour, we leave our hotel early in the morning and head to Flam. After our arrival, we start our ship tour. While photographing Norway's breathtaking fjords from the deck, you will encounter waterfalls flowing from snowy peaks, small villages resembling paintings and natural formations that you cannot get enough of. The most unforgettable views of the trip will be etched in your memory. After this magnificent trip, guests who wish can join the Flamsbana Train Journey (150 Euros), which is considered one of the most beautiful train journeys in the world. Day 6 OSLO – KARLSTAD – STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, depart for Stockholm. We stop in Karlstad on the way. Panoramic city tour after arrival in Stockholm. On our tour; Fjallgatan Hill, medieval Gamla Stan, City Hall where Nobel Prizes are awarded, National Theatre Building which brings together 7 theatres under one roof, Stock Exchange Building and Kunstredgarden are among the places to be seen. After the tour, transfer to your hotel and accommodation at our hotel.

Day 7 STOCKHOLM
After breakfast, free time. Possibility to join the Djurgården Island and Vasa Ship Museum Tour (80 Euros), which will be organized as an extra for our guests who wish. While taking a tour by bus on Djurgården Island, one of the greenest islands of Stockholm, we see the city's most important recreation centers and museums and go to the Vasa Museum. Vasa Museum, where a unique work of art is exhibited in the world, is the most popular museum in Stockholm with 2 million visitors a year. The 17th century shipwreck, which has been preserved completely in its original form, is also a structure that has left its mark on Swedish history with its surprising story and extraordinary appearance. Day 8 STOCKHOLM – ISTANBUL

IMPORTANT NOTES
For overseas trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is required. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for overseas trips and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry cannot be made with torn and worn passports.
For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents specified in the list of documents required for visa, which you can obtain from our agencies, must be submitted to the agency with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
In cases of fairs, congresses, events etc. that may occur in cities, accommodation may be made outside the promised distance and region. In such a case, the hotel region will be informed to our agencies in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure.
The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry to the tour or from the country of maximum stay, otherwise the AGENCY is not responsible for the passport police not allowing entry into the country.
In case of cancellation of the tour, visa and insurance fees are non-refundable.
The AGENCY is only an intermediary between the consulate and our customers and has no responsibility in case the visa is not approved for any reason, is not delivered on time and/or there are errors in the visa, and the passenger has no right to compensation from the AGENCY.
AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
During registration, the name on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. No-show fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be reflected on the guests.
Times may change prior to the flight and all times must be confirmed in writing by our guests by calling the head office 48 hours before the departure date.
The city where the plane will land may differ. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any time changes or delays that may be made by airline companies.
The AGENCY is not responsible for changes in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm their flight times and route.
Airline rules apply to group tickets, and if the outbound flight cannot be used according to the group ticket rule, the return flight cannot be used either.
The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. This weight may drop to 15 kg for domestic flights in the destination countries. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
If the number of people participating in the package tour is not sufficient, the consumer will be notified of the tour cancellation 21 days in advance.
The tour route specified in the tour program is a sample route and the tour route may be subject to change.
City introduction tours can be carried out on the next day/days depending on the arrival time to the city.
The trips specified in the programs may be carried out on a day other than the specified day/days, for any reason, at the initiative of the guide.
Alternative tours on the road are only possible if there is at least 6 people participating in the group. Guests who do not wish to participate are kept waiting at the rest stop.
Hotel accommodations during busy periods such as fairs, congresses and seminars can be made outside the city.
Trips or tours that are not permitted to be visited or attended by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. Alternative tours can be carried out if there is a minimum of 20 participants, and if there is less participation, the tour guide may decide to do so and if necessary, prices may be changed. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out these trips or tours.
Museum and archaeological site entrance fees are not included in the prices.
The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the star category remains the same.
All hotel names mentioned in the programs are VB (and similar) and are written to serve as examples in terms of star category and distance. It does not mean that accommodation will be provided at the hotel with the specified name.

When leaving the vehicles you used and the hotels you stayed in during your trip, please make sure you have collected all your belongings.
