• The organizer has the right to make changes to the festival programme, venue and date.
• The organizer takes all necessary safety precautions against losses and accidents in the festival area, but due to the natural mountainous structure of the festival area, it is obliged to pay maximum attention to the safety of the audience and their property and life during the festival, and to always act cautiously and carefully against possible accidents and losses.
• The organizer does not have any precautions or responsibilities regarding security outside the designated festival area.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety in areas outside the festival area. And the organizer cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, deaths, etc. that may occur here.
• The organizer is not responsible for any injuries or deaths caused by swimming.
• Sold tickets cannot be used in any competitions, raffles, etc. promotional activities without the permission of the organizer. The organizer has the right to initiate legal action regarding such unauthorized actions.
• Lighting fires is prohibited in the event area. The person who lit the fire is solely responsible for any fire that may occur due to non-compliance with this rule.
• Each event is subject to special rules. Please review each event's own rules.
• Each individual participating in the festival is deemed to have read and understood all the articles in the special rules and to have agreed to comply with the rules set by the organization, otherwise to be removed from the venue.
• It is mandatory to comply with the controls applied at all security and aggregation points in the event area and to submit the necessary aggregation information to the officers.
• The right to change all rules within the scope of the event, if deemed necessary, belongs to the organizing committee.
• Food and beverage entry from outside to the festival area is prohibited for security reasons at the 2024 Kocaeli music festival, as in most festivals. Adequate food stands and living space will be created in the area to meet all your needs.
• Tent camping area residents are responsible for all event rules and are also responsible for the following accommodation rules.
• Tents other than 210m * 175 m tent sizes must be notified to the organization unit before the event.

• Tents must be set up in pre-determined areas under the supervision and guidance of camping area officials.

• Participants should not bring such equipment with them to the event.
• It is strictly forbidden to light a fire in the camping area, smoke tobacco products such as hookah, or use electric stoves, ovens and heaters in the tents.
• It is forbidden to engage in mass activities, make noise or disturb the participants in the camping area.
• After 24:00 in the evening, camp residents should not make loud noises that may disturb each other. If deemed necessary, the participant may be asked to leave the event.
• Garbage will be thrown into the trash cans in the camping area. It is forbidden to leave garbage in open areas. Participants who leave garbage in open areas and pollute the environment may be asked to leave the event if deemed necessary.
• Pets are allowed to enter the camp; legally prohibited breeds will not be allowed to enter the area.
• Free movement of pets is not allowed in the camping area and event area, and it is not the responsibility of the organizer if your pets are disturbed by loud noise and light.
• It is kindly requested not to leave any tools and equipment that may cause a bad view and block the roads in tents and common areas haphazardly.
• Although participants are prohibited from taking non-prescription medicines, they can receive the necessary support from the health units in the area.
• Those who damage the festival equipment and the environment in the camping area are responsible for the damage if the damage is detected.
• Participants who want to come to the festival with their caravans can park their caravans in the caravan park next to the festival area, with the guidance of the staff, and enter the festival.
