Day 1 Istanbul – Tirana – Elbasan – Ohrid Meeting in front of Istanbul Airport International Departure Terminal …. Counter. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure to Tirana with Albania Airlines flight ZB1005 at 10:40. Arrival in Tirana at 11:40 local time. After passport, baggage and customs procedures, we depart for Ohrid, the pearl of the Balkans, passing through Elbasan with our private buses. Day 2 Ohrid – Sveti Naum – Resne – Bitola (Monastery) – Matka Canyon – Skopje After breakfast, we first arrive at St. Naum after a 1-hour drive with magnificent views. After taking some magnificent photos during our pleasant walk and having some free time, we will meet at our vehicle and set off to visit the 19th century Ottoman Mansion, located close to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, one of the youngest states in the world, and the Tomb of Murad I (Hudavendigar), who was martyred by Obilic in the Battle of Kosovo, one of the greatest victories of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. After our visit, we will arrive in Prizren, which is considered one of the cutest cities in the Balkans and Kosovo, after a journey of approximately 100 km, built on the banks of the Bistrica (Akdere) River. After a lunch break where we will have a panoramic view of Prizren Castle, we will have the chance to see Gazi Mehmet Pasha Bath and Mosque, Minaret Mosque, Sinan Pasha Mosque, Stone Bridge, Turkish Consulate Building, Kadiri Tekke, Saraçhane Mosque, Şadırvan Square, Catholic and Orthodox Churches with Serbian Heritage with outdoor narrations. Day 5 Belgrade – Sarajevo After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Sarajevo. After a seven-hour journey accompanied by the magnificent views we will see while driving on the mountainous Balkan roads, we start our panoramic city tour upon arrival. We start our tour in Bascarsija, one of the most exceptional bazaars in Europe. First, we see the Bascarsija Mosque and the Sebil structure, which is the symbol of Sarajevo. Day 6 Sarajevo – Konjic – Mostar – Blagaj – Trebinje After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we set off for Mostar with beautiful views within the ecosystem of the Neretva River. On the way, we take a short break in the small, cute city known today as Konjic (Konyitz), which Evliya Çelebi describes in his Seyahatname as the place where horses rest/drink water, and which is mentioned in the sources as Koniçe. After seeing and photographing the Konjic Bridge built by IV. Mehmet, we continue on our way via Jablanica. We will have the chance to see the most beautiful natural landscapes created by the Neretva River on this road.
