We are proud to offer a flexible refund policy to ensure your satisfaction. Any unredeemed voucher can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid.
After the 30-day window, refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated in the Fine Print of the deal.

Most live show tickets are eligible for refunds up to 24 hours before the event.
After this 24-hour period, tickets become non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the Fine Print.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, you may be entitled to a refund or credit, subject to the event organizer’s policy.

Refunds are only available for vouchers or tickets that have not been redeemed, used, or expired.
Promotional vouchers or discounted deals may be subject to additional terms and conditions, as outlined during purchase.
If an error occurred during your purchase or redemption process, please contact us immediately for resolution.

We’ve made it easy to request a refund. Follow these steps:

Log in to your Dealsfor.me account and navigate to the My Orders/Deals page.
Find the deal or voucher you’d like to request a refund for and click the Request Refund button.
Alternatively, you can email us at contact@dealsfor.me with your order details.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

Partial refunds may be available depending on the terms outlined in the Fine Print of your deal. Please contact us for further assistance.

If a merchant or event organizer ceases operations before you redeem your voucher, we will do our best to offer a refund or equivalent credit.
