Yurdaer Okur's play "RAN", adapted for the stage from Nazım Hikmet's poems and letters, had its world premiere at the Millfield Theater as part of the London Turkish Theater Festival on May 5, 2017. The play has the feature of being a collage text with pieces from Nazım Hikmet's letters written in Bursa Prison, his play "Why Did Benerci Kill Himself", and his poems such as "Walking, Longing, Where We Come From, Where Are We Going, Salkımsöğüt".
