• Reservation is not required. You can visit between 10:00-22:00. Last visitor entry time is 21:15.
• There is no refund or cancellation of purchased tickets. Tickets are for single use and lose their validity after exiting the venue.

• Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over. Adults are required to have a ticket.
• You can buy a child ticket for children aged 3-12. You must buy an adult ticket for ages 13 and over. Age range: 0-36 months. Child admission is free. Students/Teachers/Guests over the age of 65 who buy tickets are required to show their ID at the reception at the Emaar Skyview entrance.
• Adult, Child, Student, Teacher, Senior tickets and Family packages are promotional tickets for local residents only. In order to redeem a local promotional ticket, valid resident ID is required at Skyview admission.
• There are no sessions, you can stay in the center as long as you want after your entry. The use of tobacco and its derivatives, and the consumption of food and beverages are prohibited within the facility.
• Entry with pets is not allowed.
• Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Do not forget to request your receipt or invoice for the service from the business.
• You can purchase as many coupons as you want and use them for yourself or as gifts for your loved ones.
• Your Firsat.me coupon code will be sent to your e-mail address and mobile phone or you can access it from the "My Opportunities" section on the site.
