• Adult, Child, Student, Teacher, Senior tickets and Family packages are promotional tickets for local residents only. In order to redeem a local promotional ticket, valid resident ID is required at Aquarium admission.
• There are no sessions, you can stay in the center as long as you want after your entry.
• Purchased tickets do not provide entry priority at the ticket booths. Your special code must be converted into a ticket at the ticket booth. Use of tobacco and its derivatives, consumption of food and beverages are prohibited within the center. Entry with pets is not allowed.
• No reservations are required. Be sure to check the feeding times of the animals before planning your visit.
• Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Do not forget to request your receipt or invoice for the service from the business.
• You can purchase as many coupons as you want and use them for yourself or as gifts for your loved ones.
