Mark Styler is a novelist who writes detective stories. His next project is about Easterman, one of the greatest serial killers in history. He comes to Fairfields Mental Hospital, where Easterman is being held, to have a one-on-one interview with him. However, Doctor Farquhar, who immediately draws attention with his strange behavior and appearance, does his best to stop him. While trying to overcome the doctor, this time he gets caught up in the hospital's paranoid-looking nurse Plimpton. As he delves into the events, Styler will realize that the situation is not as it seems.
